Data is the new "Oil". The world most valuable resource is no longer oil, but data (The Economist May 2017). Any companies have data; large volume and often scattered data. Data is an important asset. So, research on data management will give you a lot of opportunities. Research on data management covers a wide range of aspects, from design, query algorithms, data structures, to data integration, data cleansing, and fusion. He is an ARC DECRA Fellow and a lecturer (a.k.a. Assistant Professor) in Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University. My current research focuses on AI-Driven and Human-Centric Software Quality Assurance. His research has been published at top-tier software engineering venues, such as IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering (TSE), Empirical Software Engineering (EMSE), and the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE). During his Ph.D.

I am a lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology and a member of the Centre for Learning Analytics at Monash (CoLAM). My research aims to enhance learning, teaching, and educational environments with the adoption of digital and data technologies. In particular, I investigate social-technical issues and pedagogical implications around the use of data in education from multi-stakeholder perspectives.

Delvin Varghese is a Lecturer within Action Lab in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University. His research focuses on the design of technologies for nonprofits and community organizations to support community voice and inclusion.

Hao Wang is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of IT, Monash University. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, and a Washington Research Foundation (WRF) Innovation Fellow at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA.

Dr. Teresa Weiqing Wang is currently a senior lecturer in data science with Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University. 

Dr. Teresa Weiqing Wang's current main research interests include entity/user modelling, relational/structural and spatial/temporal machine learning, graph/network construction and analysis, and recommender systems. She is especially interested in social data, eCommerce data, and health/medical data modelling. 

My current key areas of research focus on machine learning in the context of change. The world is dynamic and in a constant state of flux, yet most machine learning models learn static models from a dataset that represents a single snapshot in time. My group's research is revolutionising the field of temporal analytics. We have refocused the field on methods that are both effective and feasible for non-trivial problems.
