I am a researcher and educator at Monash University specialising in Artificial Intelligence adoption, digital transformation, and project management. My research explores how organisations integrate AI responsibly and how Agile and data-driven frameworks can improve decision-making, learning, and performance.

I have more than ten years of professional and academic experience, including roles as IT consultant, project manager, and lecturer. My teaching and supervision combine AI, analytics, and Agile principles to create practical, research-informed outcomes.
