ZoomSense (http://zoomsense.io) is an technology being developed by FIT researchers to support online teaching in Zoom classes. Anonymous agents are automatically placed in breakout rooms to facilitate group interaction.
Using this infrastructure, it is now possible to reconfigure Zoom breakout rooms in new topologies, such as rings or chains.
Using the agents ability to record the audio and video within a room, this project explores how we can support innovative new media and content creation pipelines through dynamic reconfiguration of rooms and agent support.
To innovate with ZoomSense through exploring reconfiguration of breakout rooms.
This project requires skills in software development, as the student will be expected to contribute to the open source ZoomSense project as a key deliverable of the project.
